These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SolarShield Enclosures website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Specifications may change without notice.
2. Orders and Pricing
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Custom orders require 50% deposit before production
- Standard lead time is 7-14 business days for stock items
3. Product Warranty
SolarShield Enclosures provides:
- 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects for Standard Series
- 3-year warranty for Professional Series
- 5-year warranty for Industrial Series
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
- Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable
- Buyer pays return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
6. Limitation of Liability
SolarShield Enclosures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, and product specifications, is the property of SolarShield Enclosures and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sabah, Malaysia.
